Water-based screen printing inks because they’re soft to the touch, vibrant in colour and create a thin flexible print that won’t peel or crack like commonly used plastisol inks can.
Water-based prints are also porous, allowing air and moisture to pass through fabric where plastisol creates an impervious layer trapping heat and moisture against the skin.
Happily, water based inks don’t contain BPAs or other harsh chemicals so they’re better for the environment, and you.

Screen printing is still the best technique to quickly print quantities of garments in any number of colours. Our minimum order for screen printing is 25 pieces because that’s the point at which screen printing becomes a more economical option than digital for most jobs. The more screen printing you buy the lower the production cost per garment.
Colour is king
Thanks to our enormous 16 station, fully automated screen printing press, bristling with the latest technology in ink application, we can print your design in up to twelve spot colours (PMS colours), or full process colour. We use it to bring out the subtleties of your fashion design, or to meet the logo-colour requirements of corporate event sponsors on your event shirts.
Huge print areas
Need over-size t-shirt prints? Full length towel prints? Big colour coverage? You can get it all with our unique ability to screen print enormous areas up to 900mm x 650mm.
Position, position, position
We can tackle almost any print position on your garment. Screen printed front, back, sleeves, legs and pockets are all fair game with our laser print positioning system and custom product pallets which help position your print just right, every time.
